Here at My Family Necklace, we strive for excellent, quality jewelry. But if you feel that your item arrived damaged, has an error or any other issues, please inform us immediately. *RETURN POLICY

Items can be returned within 60 days from date of purchase with no restocking fee. Customers will need to pay for the return shipping fee unless item is damaged or has an error, then it will be at our cost.

Please coordinate with our Customer Service team at admin@myfamilynecklace.com. Uncoordinated returns are subject to a restocking fee which is normally 30% of the items' price.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase for free, you  may do so within 24 hours. To cancel your order, please contact us at admin@myfamilynecklace.com
